Can change from: PENDING to OPEN, which will populate Due (OnOrder) values in stock levels, OPEN to DELIVERED, which will consolidate Due values in stock levels PARTIAL to DELIVERED, which will consolidate Due values in stock levels Permissions Required: GlobalPermissions.Inventory.PurchaseOrder.EditPurchaseOrderNode Rate limit: 150 / minute
