Finds all binracks where an item can be placed. Filters out the result by group and binrack restrictions for a particular stock item. List of BinRack Type Ids which should be searched can be supplied for a particular location, if null all binracktypes will be considered. You can get the list from Get Stock/GetBinrackTypes The response will be ordered by where the system thinks the item should be moved.
