Finds all binracks where an item can be placed. Filters out the result by group and binrack restrictions for a particular stock item.
List of BinRack Type Ids which should be searched can be supplied for a particular location, if null all binracktypes will be considered. You can get the list from Get Stock/GetBinrackTypes
The response will be ordered by where the system thinks the item should be moved. The logic is determined by one of the default behaviours of the system or by custom configuration of the warehouse stock flow
