UpdateInventoryItem

Use this call to update stock items. This acts as a set endpoint, all data for the stock item will be replaced, even if not provided in the request.
The only exception is StockItemId. If left empty, the item to update will be identified by ItemNumber.
Permissions Required: GlobalPermissions.Inventory.Stock.StockWrite.ChangeStockItemDetailsNode
