This guide sets out the terms on which Linn Systems Ltd provides access to third-party services through Linnworks to the system's end-users. If you disagree with any of the terms detailed here, you may not make use of the third-party application offered through the Linnworks Application Store.

Linn Systems Ltd may add, remove and/or modify these terms and conditions at any time. In such an event if any of the future changes are unacceptable to you, you should discontinue using the third-party applications provided through Linnworks.

Definitions

Application - A product or service developed to connect to Linnworks.
Linn Systems Services - Any products, services, tools, and APIs we make available for providers to create applications that connect to Linnworks.
Provider - The third party who has written the application.
User Guide - Any documentation that has been written to support the Application.
We / Us / Our - Linn Systems Ltd.
You / Your - Means you and /or the company or other legal entity for which you accept these terms and conditions.
Your Information - Any information you provide to the Provider or us in the registration process. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.

Overview

Linn Systems Services provides an API that can be used by a third-party provider to create an application that can sit seamlessly within Linnworks, allowing end-users of the system to extend their Linnworks system by adding custom functionality that is unavailable by default in Linnworks.net. This can be but is not limited to custom integrations for data transfer to or from third-party software, applications that allow manipulation of Linnworks data, or applications that integrate with couriers to provide shipping labels.

Limited warranty

We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Application as supplied by the Provider will meet all expectations in terms of performance and will operate following your expectations.

By installing any third-party application, you accept responsibility for the selection of the application, its use, and any changes the application makes to your Linnworks account.

Support

All support and assistance related to any third-party application are delivered by the Provider of the Application.

User Guides

All documentation relating to the application use is solely the Provider's responsibility to ensure adequate resources are given to you.
